starting my research and any input would be helpful

I got the sleeve in Mexico last June and have lost 95 lbs. But now like many I am still unhappy with my arms, stomach and thighs.

I am starting to look in to where to go. do I want to go out of the country again? or should I go somewhere local? any feedback on that?

I think someone posted something a few weeks back that they were using a plastic surgery resident training program in Washington state.  If cost is a fact perhaps you could look into that.
