Stressing...

LBL, thigh lift and butt work being done on TUESDAY.  Have plan that my sister will come and take care of 7 y.o. dd and dh and I head to Denver for surgery.  Email early this morning - my mom (80 y.o.) is in hospital...sister can't come as she needs to stay close to Mom.

We've been scrambling making Plan B arrangements for dd and the dog.  I had to go into work for 5 hours and still have to go into the office tomorrow until at least noon.  I've got some of my packing done but need to pack up dd, get the dog where she's going, get dd's school assignments and on and on and on.  Talk about everything being turned upside down at the last minute.

I just really want to throw up about right now!  #*%&@#(!@)

Sorry to hear about your mom and the last minute change to your plans.  I'm sure you'll come up with a plan B.....try not to stress too much.  You want to be in the best condition possible when you go in for surgery.  I hope your mom will will be ok.
If things are too stressful you can try to explain the situation to your surgeon and see if they can postpone for it.

I totally feel you!!!!!!!!! I head to the surgery center on Wednesday for surgery on Thursday - this was moved up 2.5 months so it's even more unexpected!!! YIKES!  

Just think, we go to sleep and wake up a new person!
