I hate my arms
and I am looking for something like a compression sleeve to ware under my clothes that go to about my Elbows, does any one know of anything like that, I don't want to spend too much money as Next year I am planning on have my arms done,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Nope....very easy. It did a great reducing the swelling for me.
I had the same one, only shor sleeve (to the elbow). It was great at reducing the swelling and I usually still wear it at night. It was very difficult for me to put on at first (yes I measured) due to the swelling. My husband had to help me put it on, but now, it is almost too big (and it's an XS!). Anway, I have also bought one of their high waisted girdles and liked it as well. I am not sure if it is still valid but if you use coupon code FALL09, you get 25% off. Good luck!
