Question for the ladies only - Plastic Surgery?
This is a bit embarrassing for me so bear with me please. I have had issues with getting pimples in my female area and surrounding area. It can be painful to say the least. I have been dealing with it on my own. That means I have had to actually pop the things and suave them to be sure they heal. I know I do not have any type of STD so PLEASE don't think that of me. It is want i say it is. As body size goes I am a 'light weight" but have heavy legs and am still hippie. I also tend to sweat a lot... i am wondering if this would help toward getting my thighs and tummy done??? Should I be reporting this to my primary doctor or my OB/GUN.

Hi!
First, yes I would tell my GYN and PCP about the pimples.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "i am wondering if this would help toward getting my thighs and tummy done???" Are you asking if the pimples and sweating will help to get your insurance to pay for it? If so, I really don't know but I guess my gut would think not because what do the pimples have to do with your tummy and thighs?? Maybe I'm missing something....
Best wishes!

I don't have any insight into whether or not this would go toward plastics, but I just wanted to assure you that you aren't the only one who gets pimples on your genitals. I get them several times a year, and I am not sexually active, so mine aren't an STD either. They are pimples, plain and simple. I asked the gynocologist about them years ago, and she was not concerned. They hurt like the dickens, and when they come to a head I pop them and swab on antiseptic. I've never had any infection following the popping; they heal right up. Nevertheless, you should have your gynocologist look at them. It never hurts! --Dorothy
