Anyone had PS in Dominican Republic

Ok...so Ive been researching...since I am in Georgia...Mexico is farther away...the Dominican Republic is 1 hour and 40 min off the coast of Florida and I would only have to drive 3 hours to catch a plane there...Ive had an Econsult with a surgeon there and for TT BL/BA it is literally 80% off of what I would pay here in the US....it is all inclusive they even pay for you to bring a companion (excluding flight)...they pay for all of your meals and your companions, and hotel and 24 hour nurse, and transportation while there. The surgeon seems to be very well skilled and from the work I have seen I feel confident that I will be in good hands. I have to say that this is looking better than getting surgery here...where I would be sent home the same day...and not have my surgeon checking in on me everyday and not having a nurse with me 24 hours...soooo..my question is has anyone had surgery with Global Surgery Center in the Dominican Republic...please let me know....

I would try finding more information about the Dom Rep at www.plasticsurgeryjourneys.com .  It has a ton of info about going overseas.  Also www.makemeheal.com might have more info too.

ive looked at both websites and havent found anything negative... yet...

take that back on makemeheal...someone was saying that the patient reviews were fake on there...but who knows
