Help

Hello everyone,  How has your weekend gone thus far?  Me, way to fast.  I am looking for help from "EVERYONE" on the board.  I haven't been on here is such a very long time but realize I need to be back.  Obesity is a lifelong battle and this board has helped so much.

I am wanting to know about plastic surgeons.  I stopped looking because this phase really, really scares me.  When I had the RNY in Bogota, Columbia I wasn't scared at all.  But, the scarring being uneven, risen, and something going wrong terrifies me and in order for me to move forward, I need to put my crazy thoughts out of my head.

So, for those that have traveled abroad, I am with you there.  I also am wanting names and web sites to view information.  Please if there are comments that are negative IM me and let's not put them on the board in the open.  I have heard of one place that I choose not to discuss and that clinic and MD is out of the picture with me. Therefore,for those that have already encountered plastics I want your infrmation even if it is here in the states.

Thank you all for helping me try to find an MD.  I have spoken with my PCP and he is going to do f/u care with me if anything should go wrong once I am in the states. 

One last question, has anyone ever went to Costa Rica for surgery?  That is just a suggestion I had brought to me from my PCP to go there.

Dr. Mora at Cima Hospital in San Jose, CR is very good. He did a minor procedure for me already and I plan to go back for a tummy tuck and BA, his total quote was around 7k for both. Cima Hospital is a Joint Commisioned approved Hospital and in my opinion it is even nicer than the hospitals in the states.

Heather,  where are you from?  Where is Cima located and how can I contact the physician?  Does he have a web site?  What did you have done?  I need more info. please.
