plastics process... refferals etc

ok so ill start by saying that back in 2005ish 2006ish i went to the doctors asking well more like begging for a breast reduction as i was wearing a size L bra..i know they were huge but they kept telling me that i would have to lose weight for them to even give me a refferal to se the PS...and because my back was killing me my neck and everything was just so painful and no matter what they kept telling me no mrs daniels you need to be within a healthy weight to do it...sooo now that i had the rny and i have lost a lot of the weight as i am 18 pounds away from  my goal do you think that they would just go ahead and do the reduction with all the prior information that they have on me trying to get them cut off..now since i lost weight they are like F cup now and i still have back and neck pains and i just want them gone and people think i am kidding when i say i want to go to a negative A cup i just want a nipple..lol seriously but i know i will look crazy. so maybe a C cup but no bigger. and the other thing is i want a tummy tuck and i have a appt with my pcm on the 2nd and im going to tell them that my excess skin is heavy and pulling on my back and my back hurts all the time and to make matters worse i have eczema and get rashes anywhere where skin touches skin. so i wonder if that would be good enough and they havent found a medicine that works for the eczema ive tried elidel and hydrocortizone and neither of them work so i hope that will help with the refferal to see a PS and get tricare to cover both surgerys.. if any of you have tricare was it hard to get the surgerys approved and if so can you share some of your stories..and im here in anchorage alaska and the MTF here doesnt do anything but regular appts.. they dont do plastics or any of the WLS. thanks in advance

 Having your breasts removed is very extreme.  Maybe you should consider just a b cup.  You are likely NOT going to like yourself that flat.

That being said, to each his own.  Contact your surgeon's office and see who they recommend. 

You will need a new consult with a plastic surgeon, as your health issues have changed.  You should meet with several and discuss your options.

Tricare will want to know that the extra skin is making you ill.  So you will need documentation of on going skin breakdown and such.  You will want to have several doc appointments documented where you went in just for the rashes and skin infection.  The breast reduction is an entirely different matter and you should have no trouble getting a reduction.  Lifts and implants are a whole different kettle of fish.

talk to your pcm and see if they are willing to send you back to the the closest mtf which is wa state for you and see the dr there that I told you and have it done at lewis. you will have to go and see him for a consult and then work on getting your surgery date and then go back to lewis to have it done. They can pay for it to be done. I am here in AZ and had the LBL and breasts done in lewis and flew back to az and had breast revision done and the af paid for my ticket, food, rental car and lodging. You just have to get your pcm convinced and get the ball rolling from there. You need a consult with the ps that I have seen and you can pm for his name and i will give you the phone number to the ps clinic there. Again you just gotta get your pcm on the ball.
