how much do all the plastics cost on average?

You can see  a list of average surgeon fees at the following site.  But bear in mind these are national averages and do not include facility/hospital charges or anesthesia charges.  But if you will click on the procedure you will be taken to a page that gives a price range for that procedure.

My doctor's fee for a circumferential LBL -- including anaesthesia and everything else -- was a prime- whole-number multiple of the price on that list (and totally worth it).  I haven't heard anyone quote a price like that for such a procedure in quite a while.

From your screen name I am thinking you may have tricare?  If so you need to start getting rashes and such documented with your PCM because some times Tricare will cover at least the panniculectomy.
