Plastics in Pennsylvania....

I am just researching plastics ... I checked out Costa Rica, but still don't think I would have enough nerve to fly down there.  So, I was wondering if anyone had a great experience in PA or the surrounding area's.

My cousin's neighbor is from Brazil and went back to Brazil for her tummy tuck and I think breast lift...
She did not have WLS or anything, but I guess she needed it...oh yeah...she had her thighs done too...

My cousin looked into doing it as well and found out that it was substantially cheaper...flight...hotel....two meals a day...and I think she said a private nurse....and the surgery for the stuff above and it was only $5000 US dollars...also...the brazilians have an excellent reputation for plastic surgery...you might want to check it out..

There are a few surgeons in Pittsburgh that specialize in baritric plastic surgery. One is Dr. Peter Rubin, who works through UPMC hospital, and is therefore more affordable. He does good work and has patient reviews on this site.

The other group is the Hurwitz Center. I hear Dr. Hurwitz is awesome, but I preferred to consult with Dr. Agha. He's only in the office from CA once a month. He was AWESOME suring the consult and very informative. He is expensive, however.

Yep. That's definately doable. I'm going to Mexico for most of my PS. If you can't afford the US, you should consider it. Maybe I'll see you there!
