medicaid and panniculectomy

was wondering if anyone had any experience with trying to get medicaid to cover a panniculectomy?

It may vary from state to state, but I believe they will sometimes cover it IF the pannus hangs below the pubic bone and you are having rashes or skin infections or something of the sort that do not go away with topical or oral medications.  That's pretty much the same with most insurance companies.
