Plastics - BCBS of Illinois

Has anyone had any luck getting a panniculectomy or abdominoplasty covered with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois??  What about a breast reduction? 

Plastics are definitely in my future!

Yes I have found the policy provisions, and it "could" be covered - just wondering if there are other people out there that have been able to get coverage for it on the board.  thanks!
