Breast lift vs implants etc

I know that eventually I will want some plastics. I am researching breast surgeries. My question deals with severe sagging in very large breasts, and whether or not implants will be needed in my case.

I would like to have a reduction and lift. I want to be able to wear those cute tank tops with the built in shelf bras. I'm thinking a c cup maybe a little more. Anyway I want to have lift with no sag. Does this mean I will have to get implants? I don't want the fake perfect circle look. I also don't want a smaller version of what I have now with nipples pointing to the ground.

I'm currently a 42ddd to f size with arthritis and bad discs in my upper back. Will insurance possibly cover this? Thanks

If you are a DDD, I'm sure a lift will be fine without implants. A lot of people have done that here with really good results. There are implants that are tear drop shaped so that you don't have "perfect circle" breasts, but it doesn't sound like you need any. If you can avoid them, you probably should. I on the other hand, am dying to get some in December!

I am a 36DD and am having just a lift. My doctor said I would not need a implant and my size would stay about the same. He said I would be perky...me...Ha! Ha!

Hi.  I've been checking out plastic surgery sites and options too.  I found a few sites for doctors that have some before & after pics so you can get an idea of what you want and how it might look on you.  I think I might go for a lift and reduction for myself.  I'm tired of the big boobs.

Anyway, you might want to look for the doctors/centers that have the pictures for you to look at.  Good luck.
