you need to take in consideration that everyone has a different body type, I'm 5'10" 155 Lbs............my bra aize was 42D and after the brest lift is 38D.......I will have implants on Nov. 17th with a wonderfull doctor, Dr. Saint-Cyr and I will see what size I will be then. Good luck with any desicion you make.....

prior to my rny i was a 42 dd, i'm 36 and 130 lbs now. i was a 36 dd (long) 1 year later...i had a breast lift 5 weeks ago  now I'm a 36 b------so I'm doing implants in November.  i guess everyone is so different.  i love my surgeon but he had told me with the size of my breasts and the quality of my skin he could not do a lift and implant together.  i did the lift and figured let me see how they look and then maybe i will not need implants.....well i can't live with just a "b"....that's just my story, good luck.

My doctor said I wouldn't need an implant, just a lift and I should be about the same size. I wanted to hear other people experience. If I go anything lower than a D, I will get the implants. I am hoping that the lift will do. Thanks for sharing!

I had a lift, no implants.  I am wearing the same size bra I was wearing before the lift.  I just do not have to do boobie origami to get them in there anymore.  I was a 36C before and I am still a 36C and I could not be more pleased.

Hello
If you do not mind me asking. What size Bra did you wear prior to your weight loss surgery. I know I want to have a LBL, and I want something done with these breats of mine.  I call them skin and a nipple, now, LOL
Although I am not sure about implants.
I am a 36B now
Thanks
Barb

Prior to having WLS I wore a 44DD-46DDD depending on the bra.  So I lost a lot of boobage.  And I 56 years old.

Your plastic surgeon should be able to give you an idea of what you will have once the lift is done.  My PS told me he thought I would be a C and I was.  He also is one that does not like to do a lift and augmentation at the same time for post bariatric patients.  He says our skin is just too unpredictable (or some such).  When we discussed the BL he told me he would do implants later if I wanted them.  I am of a mind not to want them.  I ended up looking pretty good and the size they are is in balance with the rest of me now.
