how long before u feel better
EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW
It's okay to whine! You're still early out but It will get better!!
When I had my extended TT w/ a baseball size hernia repair and muscle repair, it took me about 4 weeks to get some energy back. I had my last drain out at 4 weeks and I feel like that had something to do with it, the drains are necessary, but they sure are very annoying. By the way, I still wear my binder for support, I just feel better with it on although it's not as tight as before. Good luck and take it easy, if you feel like whining, it's OK!!

EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW
The most irritating thing about my binder was that it was too tall. I am short waisted, so I cut the bottom 1/3 off the binder making it shorter. Now it is pretty comfy to wear. I like to wear it because where I had the muscle repair, I still feel a lot of tightness, especially when I don't have my binder on. The binder almost feels like it counter balances the tightness, don't know if that makes sense!! I don't wear my binder at night though, and I don't wear it very tight. I have a couple of compression garments that I don't like, they don't seem to "hit" the right spot. Keep experimenting, you might find something that you do like!!
