Unhappy With Augmentation - TOO BIG!

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone else has had my problem, and if so, what they did about it. I had a BL and Augmentation about 8 months ago and they are just TOO BIG! I had asked specifically for no larger than a C and was told I would probably be a 'full C'. Well - I am a DD!!!! I also have a 'double bubble' on one breast as well. I'm just really, really disappointed.

I have talked to my PS - whom I love and who did a fabulous LBL months earlier -- and he said he thought I look great and that the DB wasn't that bad!  I told him they are bigger than I asked for and that I was told I would get a 'full c'. He said he can hardly believe I'm a DD, but I'm telling ya -- I can hardly by a button up shirt that fits, and I'm shopping in the 'full figure' bra area. Fine for some - just not for me....

So - he told me he would change the implants and charge me $800 for each one (even tho I reminded him they are larger than requested), and then he would fix the double bubble by putting in some type of internal something to keep the implant in place...He would not charge me his fees, but I have to pay for everything else.  I can understand having to pay for the anesthesia, and for the internal whatever (because that's due to my body's reaction to the implant), but I do NOT think I should have to pay for the smaller implants.

He told me he's done over 1,000 BA and can not remember ever having someone complain they were too large.....

Any ideas or suggestions?    Thanks!!

Isn't the double bubble caused by the implants being too large? I really do not like how the surgeon says that he's done so many BAs and no one's complained. You are paying him for what you want, not what he wants.

I can see it ... A lot of women have BA only to decide afterwards that they're too small.

I've read that the DB can be caused by implants being too large, but can also be because I had major sagging or something to do with my 'crease' or all of the above. I'd be ok and understand having to pay for the anesthesia and whatever he needs to insert to keep them from dropping or moving too far to the side...but don't agree with paying for the implants.  Had a suggestion on how to pursue from a different angle and will try that.

Thanks for the posts!
