Employment Insurance Help !!!

I am having my Plastic Surgery in Mexico in December and I need to know if there is anything special I need to do to apply for Employment Insurance Sickness Benefits (canada) because I will be out of the country for 2 weeks? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In Ontario we need a medical certificate signed by the doctor with his name, address etc plus the first day your sick leave started and his expected time you will be returning to work. Apply to E.I. online if you want and we have to take ROE (report of earnings) into them with the medical certificate. 

Pick that up from the E.I  office/

I have all of that, but I saw something about having to send out extra paperwork because I am leaving the country, but now I cant find where I read that anymore.
