Spiral Thigh lift? Does any where do it besides California?

I am just beginning to investigate plastic surgery. The worst areas on my body are my thighs and butt. I read all about the spiral thigh lift that is done in conjunction with the LBL and it sounds like what I need. My thighs are terrible. I have always had a flat butt and the thought of the LBL making it even flatter is not sounding great to me. I live in Kansas City and my daughter is in Chicago. I have good friends in Dallas. Does anyone know if this technique is done close to those areas?

Hi Cheryl,

Dr Agha does it, and he travels once a month to the PIttsburgh office, from CA.

The spiral thigh lift is a combination procedure pioneered by Drs. Hurwitz and Agha.  It essentially combines a vertical thighplasty and LBL:

Although not named,  I have patients who benefit from that combination of procedures and will combine them as needed.  As for buttock flattening, the best approach to limit that ater LBL is to transfer fat into the buttocks.  I will aso use fat grafting if I am doing lipo elsewhere.

Hi!
I've found a number of surgeons who do it on the east coast.  Some surgeons call it be another name so the key is to talk to surgeons, tell them what you want and ask if they can do it.....I'll bet you can find a couple in the areas you mentioned.
Research surgeons in the areas and then call their office to discuss with the nurse or PA.  They can tell you if the surgeon can do it or not.

Best wishes.....
