Maybe the binders are the problem? How long and how tight did you wear yours?

You don't want your garment to be so tight that you can't breathe or move without almost hurting. I have noticed on my bad swelling days that I have to just take off my garment. The garments I use do not loosen up so I really don't have a choice.  I do have a couple of sizes though so I can switch to the larger size when I get home from work if I need to.  The really really bad uncomfortable swelling days have only been about 4 times during the last 3 months. And I  mean looking like I'm 5 months prego swelling, not normal swelling days.  I always felt better without it on those days.

Okay ladies, a large part of my problem was apparently over-zealousness with the binders and garments.

I worked a full day today with only a binder (no garment) and I feel a LOT less pain than I did before.  I also wore that binder much looser than I had ....

much much improved!
