Liposuction

Ok, I have decided against getting PS on my thighs for right now.  The pictures, stories, recovery time etc. has me scared to death. 

I have one roll on each of the outer tops of my thighs that the PS suggestion liposuction on.  When I am dressed that is the only part that really bothers me. 

How bad do you think liposuction would be?  I know nothing about this procedure.  Is it something that lasts? 

As long as you don't gain weight, the result will remain. If you have loose skin though, it will make it worse. If you want to fit in your clothes better, it's a good option.
