I stink.

Hang in there, Monica.  You have a terrific attitude, which is probably why you are doing so well just less than a week out from a major surgery.  You're an inspiration. 

In the vain of misery loves company, know that I feel your pain regarding the lack of showering!!  I had a brachioplasty and breast aug/lift Friday.   Took my shower Thurs night and didn't get to do so again till this morning.  Despite the fact that I came close to fainting (which I understand is common during your first shower), I feel SOO much better now that I'm cleaner.  I had used a ton of baby wipes too, but not the same as a good old shower.   Hopefully, yours is coming soon!! : )
