LBL and funny butt
LOL! It is only 3 weeks out from my lower body lift. I must say my swelling is going down very nicely..actually into a smaller size jeans already. I DO still have some swelling and bruisey feeling on the outside of my thighs and the back incision area. I am seeing changes every few days with "settling" of my rear end and back thighs and I am thinking because the back is still swollen and "pulling up" that I won't see where everything will "land" for awhile? I would love to hear from other LBLer's and when things started looking like they were going to be.
I mean I am not doing the granny walk anymore but still the back is kind of high so that I can't pull my underwear up over the whole of my butt.
Am I weird? :-)

You're not weird!
At 3 weeks out, I could pretty much tell where everything was going to settle in. Unfortunately, my butt crack is much higher than it used to be, and much higher than I would ideally want it to be. If I'm wearing low rise pants, I always wear a tank because if I don't, it will show - a lot!
There's no way that my tiny little underwear would cover it. Indeed, I would have to wear huge granny panties to cover that much cleavage!
Good luck with yours!!

LOL! That made me laugh. Ya..I had soooo much skin back there. Most people have the panni problem..I had the PANTY problem. I mean it is so much smaller I am in a smaller size and may go even smaller just from the surgery. I am still seeing some difference from day to day so I am just keeping that compression garment on! It was strange at first..I was wigged out about flatness but now it is starting to show more shape. (sigh) patience is NOT my strong suit!
