So When Exactly Can We Start Working Out?

I'm a month post op and eager to work out on the little pooch left behind on my tummy. Everything is healing well, I did not think to ask my surgeon when I could work out. So what's the usual time frame?

5'6- hw/276 sw/242 cw/144 gw/140
then- bmi 36-39 now-bmi 24- NORMAL WEIGHT

You should call your surgeon and ask him/her.
Each surgeon has different protocol depending on the surgeon and the individual patient.
Call and ask to speak to the Nurse or PA.....they won't mind!!

ya..be careful. Ask the surgeon. They can tell how you are healing. Do NOT want to deal with a seroma or hematoma from over doing it.
