Boobs and Belly

I have had my surgery consults with 3 plastic surgeons and picked the one right for me. I want a panniculectomy and breast augmentation for the skin flaps with nipples that are laying on my chest.

The good news is that my insurance has approved the panniculectomy! I am self pay for the boobs. I have decided to do them separately and have scheduled the boobs first, in just 2 more weeks! I am really hoping that my recovery is as smooth and fast as my RNY was!

Thank you all for the great info that I have gotten here

Good question! Easy answer though, the lack of breasts bother me much more than the small amount of extra skin on my abdomen. I honestly have skin flaps with nipples that lay on my chest. I wear a padded bra that collapses when somebody hugs me. It is awkward to have to pop the cups back out .

I was really surprised that insurance is covering the panni because I didn't have rashes or anything. I wear a size 2 and in clothing the panni doesn't show at all.
