My insurance company says that they need to remove at least 250cc of breast tissue for insurance to cover surgery. My letter from my surgeon says 450grams. How do you compare the 2??? Any thought? Thanks so much. I am the final stages of writing my appeal letter and hope to get it in the mail on Monday. Thanks, Beth

Unfortunatly, you can not convert grams to cubic centimeters. Conversions go between
different units of the SAME MEASUREMENT. For instance, you can convert
grams to kilograms or to pounds, because these are all units of mass
(or "weight"). I would ask your doc to revise....
