help please, internal hernia

OK, so an internal hernia IS a Peterson's?  I was reading so much different stuff about various kinds of hernias, but could not figure that out.

Also, since I have you answering questions, I had posted about doing breast lift and aug separately - what is your personal theory or policy on that?  (Obviously this is down the road for me, but I am a planner....)

Hi.  My practice is to go ahead with implants at the same time of lift if the breast is not too long.  If you can hide three or four fingers beneath the breast fold, thats long, and the implant may stretch out the breast too soon.

For long breasts I wait 2-4 months and then put them in at the same time as I do arms, side of chest, and inner thigh surgery.
