questions for Dr Agha

I have 3 questions:
1) Do you perform surgery in the Pennsylvania area any longer?

2) After having a lower body lift, is it uncommon to develop skin necrosis front & center right above the incision? What does it mean if  a dark gray skin discoloration appears over a 4" area.

3) For a very healthy pre-op patient with 13+ hemoglobin, why would their hemoglobin plummet to 8 and need blood transfusions within the first 24 hours post op?
