saline or silicone---help

what's your opinion? did you do one and wish another?  i was a 36dd and just had a lift 2 weeks ago...now after the swelling i think I'm a 36 b.  I'd like to be a "d" but Dr is not sure if my skin can support it long term even though it would be a good size for my frame.  I really like the silicone gummy bears, but worry about health.  does one last longer than the other?  any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks, Jo

 The good thing about gummy bears is they can't leak... so you're not really at risk there. I have saline and am really happy with them... but it all comes down to personal preference.

I have silicone gummy bears and looooove them!! Saline was not an option for me because my skin is too thin.
