I'm having a TT (FDL) and Breast lift next week.  You do save some money (not too much) by combining surgeries.......to me the big benefit is saving on the recovery time.  As long as your surgeon feels it is safe to combine I'd go for it.

I'm having an extended tt with lipo sculpting to my back and flanks, and breast reduction/lift on the same day...9/23 right after yours. I just want to get it over with.  IF I do anything else at all it will be my arms...maybe next year. Good luck in your decision. Looks like we'll both be recovering at the same time   Jeanine
