Surgery Date!!!!

My guess would be you might have to stay one day but you should ask your surgeon.  I had a hernia repaired in 2002 and they kept me over night. 
If you call the surgeon I am sure they can give you a pretty good idea over the phone.

Thanks! I am hoping to stay overnight for the pain control! Originally when they thought it was just my little umbilical hernia it was only going to be a day surgery. Since they are repairing a much bigger area the surgeon thinks it will be approved for overnight stay. I should know soon.
