The bra line lift will address it. I'm having it done in 2 weeks at the same time as my breast lift revision. Hope that helps......
When I have my arm lift the dr will also address the "side boobs" that hang over the sides of my bra line. The incision will go down my arm and armpit to under my boobs. When he removes the skin there he will also be pulling in that area and doing some lipo at the same time which will help with the fat roll. I was also very apple shaped and have stubborn areas as well.
