Before and after panni pics
Here are my before and after panni pics. The doc said he took off 2 1/2 lbs. I am almost to my goal because my skin is tight it restricted my eating lol. Also hurt more when I was constipated cuz it stretched out more.

It's been 3 weeks and I feel pretty good...the pain was bad the first week but better with pain meds and icing. 2nd week I just mostly iced unless I did too much...walking ect....now the pain is prolly a 2 or 3 and I just went for a long walk and felt good. It was worth it for sure!!!
