I do believe my complaints about Dr. Rose are putting the 'heat' on.....

Well - it appears that my doc from last year, Dr. Rose - yall reemember?  I had insurance coverage for a panniculectomy, paid $4,875 out of pocket for a Tummy Tuck and he took my money - but only did the panniculetomy and then failed to file with my insurance in time so he kept MY money???

yea - him.  Well, I have an open case with the Texas Medical Board and I took the time to post about my experience with him on every doctor review site I could find.  It appears that he's hired a lawyer to try to 'bully' at least one site from having the negative posts about him - check THIS out:

Proof that #1 - *I* am NOT LYING  #2 - it's a FACT that some things HAVE gone wrong with him and #3 - I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SAY WHAT I HAVE SAID AND AM SAYING!!!!!

EXACTLY - it's getting ridiculous!  I am just in total awe of how low this is sinking......

I'm really annoyed with peoples' comments on that website that Dr. Rose has been in the business for years and years as if it should excuse his behavior and the complaints filed with the TMB. Doctors should be held accountable to their mistakes.

RIGHT!!!  My whole point was just that he's probably a good BOOB man, but not for WLS folk!  Geez!  I really didn't think it would turn into what it has - and to me, the folk that keep pushing the issue are making him look worse. 

The attitude of the other posters (particularly Val) pissed me off. She clearly had an agenda.

I need to know the pro's and especially the cons of different surgeons, if they are anyone I may consider for any of my plastics, and since I'm going to have a lot of plastics, I'll likely use more than one surgeon.

We need to be able to openly and honestly post about our experiences to each other on these sites, and I appreciate you making your issue with him public.

and that's my WHOLE point!  It's crazy - I figure if just ONE person who is post WLS thinks about using him and reads about my experience and decides NOT to use him - I have done my duty! 

It's so scary that there are meat market doctors that are just looking for money and chopping people UP! He could have EASILY just told me I was too complicated a case for him and moved on - my $4,875 is a drop in the bucket compared to all the $$ he gets for the boob jobs he does.  It doesn't make any sense!  ~smh~

Hi, I am a newbie to the PS forum and am floored by your experience. It was bad enough that Dr. Rose was happy to take your money and do only half the job...but the crap that was flung at you by that rude dipstick at the complaint site was too much!

I read the link at that site and to me, it seems the bottomline is...HE should know his limits and experiences. If he has not had experience with WLS pts, HE should know that they offer different challenges and either do what he can to the best of his ability with your approval, or refer you on to a more experienced surgeon. At the very least, it would have been proper for him to offer to tighten up those loose pockets, so your breasts did not fall off sideways.

I guess I know where I wont be going for my surgery, He may well be a great surgeon overall. The fact that he did not/would not try to make things right with you is unacceptable

LOL!! yes - you mixed the two stories - *I* am the one who had insurance for panni and paid extra for a full TT and only got a half hearted panni..... then he didn't file the insurance claim in time, so they didn't pay him, so he kept MY money. 

The big pocket breast lady was the other story. 

And you're right - if my case was beyond him, he should have just said 'I don't cut fat folk' and let me walk my happy behind out - I am SURE this has cost him more than the $4,875 he took from me at this point.  I guess he was betting I would be quiet.  Too bad somebody didn't tell him he was working Vegas odds dealing with me - HOUSE ALWAYS WINS!!!!

She is a doll but sometimes I feel like Mr. wilson to her Dennis the Menace. LOL

I love your sense of humor!! If I were a gambling man, I would bet on you coming out the victor here!!
