Breast pain 18 month out from lift with auto-augmentation

I have an appointment with a gyn tomorrow.  Yesterday my left breast became painful.  It feels a little warm and maybe a little swollen.  If I message it trying to isolate the pain, I can and then it eases off for a while.   I don't feel a mass, but more of a large area of fullness inside.  It hurts when I move my arm and with or without a bra.  Any thoughts?  Thanks, Loris

A cyst.  I used to get them frequently when my breasts were large.  They can aspirate it.
