Finding "Certified" Lymphatic Massage

Is there a governing board that I can contact to find a massage therapist that is certified in lymphatic massage?  I've had no luck with the American Massage Therapy Association.  I've searched 50 miles within my area and found 1 person and she no longer works at the number I called.  However, the girl that answered the phone said that her boss did lymphatic massage.  When I asked if he was certified, she had to look at the certificates on his wall.  Sounds kinda odd to me.  I want to know 100% that this man is certified, but I don't know how.  Any suggestions?
