I'm wondering if I should do the thigh lift first and then the LBL since my thighs are my biggest problem. I think most people do the LBL first.....

I am hesitiant to recommend the TL to anyone unless they have ALOT of skin...for me, it was such a hard surgery and recovery. ...that said, if you do one at a time, I first would do whatever is worse.
I bet that is no help.

Did you have the long incision on your thighs? Did you do the TL and LBL all at the same time? My surgeon won't do it that way.
I think with the amount of skin you have you will be happy with having it done. I am happy but it's been rough.
I didin't have a LBL, just the anchor cut TT and yes I had both done and the same time. I think in hindsight my PS would have preferred to do them separately had he known that I was going to have the complications that I did.

My doc seems to have gotten mine in one shot, which is damn near miraculous if you've seen how much mass I lost. Flip side is that today they hurt a lot. Ah well!

.... I go to see ps on Aug 11th to schedule a revesion on my arms that were done a year ago. Take it easy rest your arms... and enjoy the rest of the summer. Keep us posted on your progress. Debbie
