1 month check up

I had my one month check up today.  Doc said my belly button looks good.  I was concerned because it looks like it has some blisters on it.  He did take out a stitch.  I think that was the culprit for the blisters.  He also checked the hole in the incision.  He said I was taking care of it wrong.  I was trying to keep it dry.  He said nope, you have to keep it moist and covered.  He said to clean it everyday and put some ointment on and in it with a q tip.  He also said it will take about 1 month to heal up.  I am so glad, I was really getting nervous. I can return to work on the 10th as planned, as long as I keep it covered.  It's also not oozing that bad anymore.  Just one I get up in the morning, and it's very little.

CONGRATS ERICA!!!  I will pray that you can return to work as scheduled.  I just returned for half days today and it felt great.  I am completely exhausted but it is a good tired.
