Don't give up!
I was denied three times by my insurance for the abdominoplsty (even though they covered the breast lift and arm lift). Well, after three appeals by myself and 2 submissions by my PS, my insurance is covering the abdominolpasty! Woohoo! I am still out the difference for the other portions of the LBL (athough those areas are part of my appeal as well) but I am so exciting and soo lucky that insurance is covering the arms, breasts, and now tummy. Oh, I have Anthem BC is CA. So, don't let a no or two from insurance get you down or stop you. We are worth it and they should be paying!
