Best mexican surgeon for lipo and BA

So far I am interested in Dr. Sauceda (see previous post) but I would like to have your comments, opinions, pics about which mexican surgeon would be the best for lipo and BA.

I would also consider Dr. Cardenas in Monterrey!!  He is wonderful I have done 4 rounds of plastics and I am finally done with my transformations!!
He is great priced and really cares about his patients!!
