Ameriplan anyone?

I am in the process of beginning my plastics journey and was wondering if anyone has used or heard of Ameriplan?  From what I understand they refer you to doctors who accept reduced fees for TT, etc and also work with you on a payment plan for the surgery.  My insurance, Geisinger does not cover any skin removal, even if medically necessay.  And I can only get approved for financing with a cosigner due to the stricter lending requirments.  Any feedback?
