another new-b question..lol

I am 7 months out from rny & lost 118 pounds so far, I still have another 83 pounds to get to goal. I have been doing a little research as to what I would like to get done, but what I would like to know is what is your favorite website for plastic surgery before & after pictures of wls people & what website has the most valuable information? I have been google & yahoo a few things but not what I am truly looking for. A little FYI help would be great!
