Update on my Texas Medical Board claim against Dr. Rose.......

They sent me a letter letting me know the case is still open and active.........

so - it's not closed and ignored

BUT

it's not resolved either.  I wonder what's going on and what's taking so long?  I have no experience or clue with things like this - maybe it taking a long time is a good thing - that they would quickly close anything not worth it or clearly not a problem?

Well, open and active IS better than closed and ignored.

I would imagine they take their time and make sure they have all the details. This is a pretty serious thing.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply Lynne!

WHY did I get an alert today from one of the Dr. review sites and read a post from ANOTHER victim of Dr. Rose?  The lady said he made the pockets for her implants too big and now when she lays down, they fall under her arms and he told her it was HER fault for not picking a bigger implant size!!

OMG that guy is a BUTCHER - I am more determined to see this through now - people need to KNOW to avoid him!!!!
