Big question about arms and legs

I have tricare and found out how to get them to approve me from another patient in my support group to do my TT. I have wings and saggy thighs and I'm not sure if it's something that will be done with tricare. My arms are liveable but my thighs are gross. They aren't huge, but the skin is so saggy I can't wear shorts fully my size cause they show. Any suggestions on what to do to get them taken care of or to help them get back w/o surgery?

I have Tricare standard and I am curious as to how you will get approved for  a TT.  I was denied with proof of rashes and skin issues.  I was limited with my schedule, so I opted for "the works" in Mexico with Dr. Sauceda.  I didn't have the time or energy to appeal the decision.  I feel blessed to have had them cover the RNY.  For me, my age and skin type, surgery was the only way to go.  I WILL WEAR SHORTS AND SLEEVELESS TOPS AGAIN!  Good Luck!
