vsg after breast augmentation

I am having my vsg on august 10th.  Last year i had a breast lift and implants.  does anyone know if they will be saggy after i loose weight.  I have about 60 pounds to lose.

That's difficult to say.  It sounds like you don't have alot of breast tissue if you had implants last year, so you may not lose significant breast volume with a 60 pound weight loss.  I needed a breast lift after my VSG - I lost about 70 pounds.  A lot depends on your age.  The younger the better.  Good luck with your surgery.
