PS consult weds

I am very nervous about my consult. I have this thought that he will tell me Im still to fat!!! Im am at 187 down from about 300 when I started the journey. MY BMI is 32. I would like to be about 20lbs lighter before surgery but oh well. Since Im going to have a hysterectomy I want to the do the breast reduction and lift and tt at the same time. I really can only afford one recovery period d/t work. Hope Insurance will pay for the BR still the same DD as when I started. I live in the middle of  small town San Angelo Texas. We have one plastic surgeon so don't know if he will be weight loss surgery friendly, but he does do awsome work. So I guess we will see.
