X-Post Average cost for Panni or TT in NYC?

Ok, I am going to visit my dear PS on Wed.  He is somewhat of a friend as we travel in the same social circles...so he said to come in so he can see the process of my weightloss. I am over halfway there with 41 pounds to go.  Anywho...I am afraid even with his "courtesy" I may not be able to afford the plastics...so to brace myself can anyone give me a general "area" of the cost of a TT?  I became a stay at home mom a little over a year ago and really love it...but am considering going back to work just to earn enough for this procedure. I just paid $5,500(TT) +$1,500 (flank lipo) + $1,600 (hospital fee) + $600 (anesthesia fee).
Usually the hosp. & anesth. fee are higher but my insurance paid for 2 out of the 31/2 hours ( they charge by the hour for both) of surgery because they approved the breast reduction.
I had mine done on the upper east side, maybe those prices are different than other prices in the city. Hope this helps.-Jessie

Just wondering, did you insurance pay for any of the doctors fees?  Are the above numbers before or after the insurance?

I had an anchor cut TT, a pubic lift and lipo (lots of it)  w/ a PS in NYC and stayed over night at the hospital and it cost be about $13,000.  My insurance wouldn't cover any of my procedure, so it was 100% out of pocket. 

No!  Totally not awful, we put ourselves through a lot to lose all the weight, it would be nice to finish up the whole thing by fixing what is left over hanging!
