How long were you FORCED to wear your binder?

I'm still wearing the one they provided after surgery. At first my doc told me I could stop wearing it a four weeks. I went to his office for a follow up to a seroma and he asked why I wasn't wearing it. So I have to wear it until the end of the month which will put me at 8 weeks. Try using some cornstarch on your skin. That helps with the heat and sweating.

mine said 6 weeks....i think i made it to about week 5..lol.  and even then it wasnt all day, every day.
