Resting in Monterrey

 Hi All

(lost my post earlier, had computer issues anyway)

It has been 8 days since surgery with my favorite PS Dr Sauceda and I am feeling good and relaxing. Thighs and arms are feeling good. I had 4 drains, the 2 for my arms were removed before I left the clinic on Friday. Other 2 are barely draining 20cc's together, so I am sure they will be out by Friday. Dr S said 400 stitches with a smile. I love this guy he is so cool.

Surgery was uneventful less than 8 hours. I had lipo this time so I had brusing which is fading nicely. The swelling is going down as well and I am getting around good. I came by myself this time and dont regret it. You learn how to methodical about what you do wnad when you learn what works thats what you do, nice and easy!

Monterrey the last few days has been rainy. The breeze was so nice that I cut off the air conditioner and opened the window. I sat in the recliner by the window and watched TV until my husband and got on an internet call. I so love the internet, free video web calling! You can see the beatiful mountains from my window (camel hump mountain ).

Tony thanks for checking on me everyday you are just so so so sweet, I appreciate you.

Thank you so much for letting us know how you're doing!  I loved reading your post!  I am in the process right now of scheduling my first procedures with Dr. Sauceda!  It's good to hear good things about him!  He is so nice in the email exchanges! 

You're so brave going it alone.  Did you have someone with you when you had your previous procedure done?  I'm having a bit of a problem finding someone to go with me for my tummy and arms!

Awesome! Dr S really is a sweetheart and when you meet him in person you will know what I mean. I really do think the world of him.  

I dont know about brave but thank you. I came with my Mom the first time and I love my Mom but she is 70 and I learned that I could do it myself with her here. So I decided if I could do all I did on the first trip and having so much more done surely its a piece of cake. And it has been, no issues on this trip. Like I said you learn to make slow and methodical movements so you can do what you need to do. I understand your apprehension but you are going to surprise yourself whether you have someone with you or not.

You learn how to capitalize on when you get up to move around by thinking about what you may need near you when you sit back down or lay down so you dont have to keep getting up and down alot. And what do you but time to think about it before you get up anyway right?

Ok I will send you my email address. Ive kind of been tossing around the idea of using Dr. S for my legs and maybe arms. Ive heard so much good about him but havent seen before and afters of those surgeries. I really dont live very far from Monterrey so thats kind of nice.... I know what you mean about feeling better after the drains are gone. That was one of the things I disliked most about my belt lift. Keep relaxing and getting better!!!!  Brandi
