calling all TT and LBL veterans....
Not that I've had plastics already but just thinking "creatively" - how about a lawn chair (one that can get wet) in the bathtub/shower, wrap the necessary body parts in plastic wrap, and use a hand-held shower head to wash your hair?
This is basically what I did when I had my knees replaced and couldn't get the staples wet. Plastic wrap worked well because your body heat makes it adhere better to your body and to itself - though it does get hot. I found with the hand-held shower head I could direct the water pretty well and didn't really get all that wet.

I washed my hair after my LBL and after my brachio - bending over the tub - using the shower hose (handy thing to have).....no problem......I tend to push things and did things other people said they couldn't - just let my body let me know it's limits.....and it did. Susan
