tummy tuck dr suggestion

i am planning on having my tummy tuck in victoria tx on aug 18. my daughter had breast revision done by same dr i am using for tummy tuck, dr burns, but has had some concerns about her recovery. she got an infection and developed a puss pocket that has been extremely painful. she called his office 3x yesterday and he never returned her phone calls. we are in corpus christi tx and i am wondering if anyone has used him for tummy tuck, and if anyone has had surgery with any corpus drs. i dont want to develop problems and have to go all the way to victoria if i have an emergency during recovery. i have heard wonderful things about dr burns, but when he didnt return calls, i am now reconsidering using him. thanks for any help.

That would be a red light for me. Thank goodness she isn't having something more serious or life threatening right now, because that's always a concern when you need a good surgeon.

I wouldn't use him and when I cancelled my surgery I would tell him why
