BCBS Delaware Insurance

Does anyone know what the guidelines are for BCBS of Delaware to cover plastics after WLS.
I work at Christiana Hospital and in the Seminar there was a woman that works here speaking on behalf of the doctors.  She said our insurance covered a tummy tuck and breast lift for her.  She didn't go all into the guidelines or how she got it covered.  I haven't seen her around here so I'm wondering if anyone else might know.
